Now in its 42nd year, the International Chili World Qualifier takes over Virginia City with mouth-watering chili, ice-cold beer, a fiery chili pepper eating challenge, and a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Some of the best chili cooks in the West are competing for their shot at a spot in the International Chili Society World Finals and your vote for People’s Choice Chili. They’re serving up their tastiest spicy, mild, and chili verde. And you can try them all!

Pair your chili tastings with some frosty brews with the Craft Beer Tour. Virginia City’s famous saloons and the Chili on the Comstock Craft Beer Tents are pouring hand-selected local and regional craft beers all weekend long. Grab your Tour for a dozen beer samples and several sweet treats.

Taste your way through award-winning chili and brews while exploring the historic merchants and saloons of Virginia City. It’s going to be fire!
